Terms of Service

Peuzle (peuzle.com) is an online puzzle platform operated by a sole proprietor based in France. The service allows users to play curated jigsaw puzzles and create custom puzzles from their own photographs, directly in their web browser without any download required.

Peuzle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with reasonable advance notice where possible. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

To access most features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and a username. You must be at least 13 years old to use Peuzle.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@usetestpilot.com
• Ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Peuzle operates on a freemium model with two tiers:

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renewed unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.

Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes depending on your country of residence.

When you upload a photo to create a custom puzzle, you grant Peuzle a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that image solely for the purpose of providing you with the puzzle service. This licence is revoked when you delete the image or your account.

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licences, consents, and permissions to upload and use the content. You must not upload:

• Images that you do not have the right to use
• Content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
• Sexually explicit, violent, or hateful material
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Images containing personal data of third parties without their consent

Peuzle reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules without prior notice.

You agree not to use Peuzle to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the service (e.g., via DDoS attacks, scrapers, bots)
• Circumvent any access restrictions or premium paywalls
• Resell, redistribute, or sub-license access to the service
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent

You may delete your account at any time from your Account settings page. Upon deletion, all your personal data, puzzle progress, and uploaded images will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Peuzle may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or create legal liability for us. In the event of termination due to a breach of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund of any paid subscription fees.

Peuzle is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peuzle and its operator shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profit, or business opportunity
• Service interruptions, bugs, or errors
• Actions or content of third parties

In any case, Peuzle's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law (droit français), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of Peuzle, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
